Direct deposit is a preferred method for purchases totaling over $ 3,000.00, (to avoid unnecessary fees and charges for either party and prompt payment). All buyers will receive a winning notification email within 24 hrs after auction ends (if for some reason you do not receive this email please let us know). Auctions ending on Saturday will receive email notification on the following Monday.

We have adopted these "New Policy and Terms" due to an excess of non-paying winning bidders.

All purchases under $ 100.00 are expected to be paid within three days of end of auction. Multiple and single winning bids, totaling between $100.00 to $ 999.00 will need to be paid within two days of end of auction, and we ask that you have your finances in order before end of auction. Multiple and single winning bids over $ 1,000.00 need to be paid by the next business day.

eBay charges Reliable Tool a service fee for each item we list. If a customer cannot or does not pay for an eBay purchase in the specified amount of time, RT will file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay. RT will hold the non-paying bidder responsible for the eBay fees and commission incurred by us.
In order to protect our business with paying customers, we will leave negative feedback for non-paying bidders.

Reliable Tool offers a money-back guarantee within 15 days of purchase on all eBay auction items with the exception of items that are listed in the "As Is" or "As Shown" condition. These items do not carry our warrantee.

Our normal Return Policy does not apply to international shipments except for Canada.

International bidders are encouraged to personally inspect or have a representative inspect the merchandise.



The following is the policy of Reliable Tool Inc. pertaining to additional costs that will be incurred due to delayed pickup or shipment of purchased goods. We regret that this policy must be put in place. It is required due to limited storage available at our facility Reliable Tool’s policy is that any items that have been paid for but have not been picked up or shipped within fourteen one (14) days of the sale date, will be charged daily storage fees as follows:

The fee for small hand held items that are less than twenty pounds will be charged at a rate of ten dollars per day.

The fees for larger items (more than 20 pounds) will be charged at a rate of twenty dollars per day.

The buyer will forfeit the item and any payments made when the fees reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 90 days from the sale of the item, whichever comes first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Items are subject to re-listing immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due or cash will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pickup. If you have reason for a delayed pickup, please contact us in advance to get an estimate of the total additional cost.
