The United Parcel Service is one option for the delivery of
your package. Shipping rates are available at www.ups.com. All
orders being shipped to PO Boxes must be delivered via the United
States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are available at
www.usps.com. Weight restrictions may apply. An additional handling
charge of $2.00 will apply to all UPS and USPS shipments. Estimated
UPS and USPS delivery time within the US is 3 to 7 business
days from the time the order is processed.
If you have your own truck, trailer
or have arranged your own freight we can load your large item or
machine for a minimal charge. Loading charges mostly range
$20.00 to $75.00.
Orders above 149 lbs. must be shipped via freight carrier. The
following carriers will estimate shipping charges for you:
Freightquote.com ( www.freightquote.com), Yellow Transportation (www.yellowfreight.com),
GI Trucking Company (www.gitrucking.com),
and Ocean World Transport. All estimates are subject to change
depending upon drop-off location. Carriers will assess an extra
charge if delivery is made to a residential area and/or if the
services of a lift gate are required.
Foam packing, Wood crating and Palletizing charges will be determined
according to the size of the item. We make our own pallets and
crates. Our pallets and crates are made to ensure your equipment
arrives intact. Foam and/or palletizing charges mostly range
from $25.00 to $75.00. Full crating (recommended when using
large freight carriers like Yellow, Viking, GI, Old Dominion)
mostly ranges from $75.00 to $250.00.
If bidder
arranges their own freight, please address any concerns or
complaints to the freight company in question. We can Assist
afterwards with documentation but any claims must be initiated
by the bidder.
DHL Worldwide Express (www.dhl.com) ships packages abroad. Contact
them to arrange delivery of your international order.
For purchases that require special transportation equipment,
such as a flat bed, open container, or oversized trailer, make
arrangements with RT at (877) 481-8591. Please allow 24 hours
to receive a quote for transportation rates.
Buyers who wish to use their own FedEx and UPS accounts may
include their account number with payment or e-mail us at customerservice@reliabletools.com.
Delicate and expensive equipment requires special handling to
ensure its safe delivery. Charges for foam packing, wood crating,
and palletizing will be determined according to item size.
